7. Improve total body conditioning with strength training-“Power”
• Physical capacity
• Physical Appearance
• Increases Metabolic Function
• Decreases Risk of injury/improves ability to recuperate faster
• Increases bone, ligament, tendon tensile strength
8. Reduce stress with flexibility training. –“Imagination”
• Improves R.O.M
• Decreases risk of injury
• Reduces stress
• Decreases low-back pain
• Increases Circulation
• Increases the quality and quantity of synovial fluid
9. Eat smaller sensible meals throughout the day. – “Elimination”

10. Decrease the amount of sodium and saturated fats and increase the amount of fresh fruit and vegetables.- “Discrimination”
